The GFWC Panama City Junior Woman's Club, Inc. (known as P.C. Juniors) was organized in 1942 with the purpose of defense. The ladies began selling war bonds to help their boys fighting the war. Through the years we have grown to include helping various charity organizations throughout our community with an emphasis on helping children.
P.C. Juniors raise funds for our community projects primarily through the Spring Festival of the Arts. This outdoor festival is held annually the first weekend in May at McKenzie Park in downtown Panama City.
Thanks to Spring Festival, P.C. Juniors have raised more than $551,000 for community projects.

The benefits of serving in our club include:
- Community service
- Personal Growth
- Development of friendships
Together we identify the needs of our community and work to meet those
needs. We conduct monthly meetings where our members share ideas, make
new friends and work together to make a difference in our community.
The GFWC Panama City Junior Woman's Club, Inc. is a non-profit organization.
We are members of the General Federation of Woman's Clubs
(GFWC) established in 1890. The GFWC is an international organization
with more than 10 million members in 30 countries. Over the years, the
GFWC has grown into one of the largest organizations of volunteer women
with the motto of "Unity in Diversity." We are also members
of the Florida Federation of Women’s Clubs.
Member Pledge
I pledge my loyalty to Junior Club Women
By doing better than ever before,
what work I have to do,
By being prompt, honest, courteous;
By living each day trying to accomplish something,
Not merely to exist.
